About Hayley Ferguson

A recent graduate of the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, Hayley Ferguson is an Arkansas native with roots in Benton, Saline County. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas in May 2019. During her law school journey, Hayley served as a student practitioner at the Pulaski County Public Defender’s Office, gaining valuable experience in criminal defense. Additionally, she dedicated her skills to the Veterans Legal Services Clinic, representing veterans in their appeals for service-connected compensation. Admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2022, Hayley focuses on Criminal Defense. Beyond her legal pursuits, she finds joy in exploring local restaurants and preparing for her next half marathon. Hayley is an active member of the legal community, holding memberships with the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
