About Monica Woolems

Monica Woolems is a graduate of the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law and was admitted to the bar in 2024. During law school, Monica was a law clerk at the Arkansas Municipal League for two years before becoming a part of the James Law Firm in 2021. She started out as a law clerk, became the Discovery Manager, and is now our Discovery Attorney.

An Arkansas native, Monica grew up and has spent most of her life between Kingsland and Sheridan. Kingsland is a tiny town in Cleveland County about 70 miles south of Little Rock, known for being the birthplace of Johnny Cash. Sheridan is a relatively small town about 30 miles south of Little Rock.

Monica is a United States Marine Corps veteran. After the military, she received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education followed by a Master of Education in Learning Systems Technology.
