About Josh R. Hale

Josh R. Hale is an Associate Attorney at James Law Firm. He began his journey with us as a dedicated law clerk, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience and developed a deep understanding of criminal defense during his time in law school.

Born and raised in North Little Rock, Josh is a proud Arkansan with deep roots in the community. After graduating from North Little Rock High School (2017), Josh attended the University of Arkansas, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with minors in History and legal studies (2021). Josh followed his passion for the law and earned his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock (2025).

With an assertive yet approachable demeanor, Josh is a true “people person” who believes that everyone deserves a fighting chance in the courtroom. He is a tenacious advocate who is passionate about defending the rights of every client. Josh strives to build strong relationships based on trust and open communication, ensuring that his clients feel heard and supported throughout the legal process. His unwavering commitment to justice drives him to go above and beyond, making him not just a lawyer but a steadfast ally in the pursuit of fairness and equality.

When he’s not in the office, Josh loves to unwind on the golf course or by the lake, often accompanied by his two golden doodles. A devoted fan of the Razorbacks, he is also passionate about representing clients in the courtroom. Josh is dedicated to being a trustworthy attorney whom you can rely on, and is always ready to fight for you.
