About Jenn Henderson

Jenn Henderson believes that every person charged with a crime deserves to have their story told and their constitutional rights protected. She knows that the key to successful representation is not only knowing the law and the facts of her cases, but really getting to know her clients as people. Connecting with a client and their family allows her to paint the shades of their humanity onto their case numbers for prosecutors, judges, and juries to see. 

Jenn is a constant student of the United States Constitution and maintains an aggressive pretrial (and post-trial) motions practice to put her clients in the best position for success in the courtroom. 

Representing clients against the government was the natural result of Jenn’s passion for and extensive work in juvenile justice, racial justice, and fighting for those with everything stacked against them. She worked with the Federal Defender’s Office, Pulaski County Public Defender’s Office, and several prominent local criminal-defense firms while in law school. 

Jenn is a proud graduate of Mississippi State University (Hail State!) and the University Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law. She was admitted to practice law in 2024. In her free time, Jenn enjoys playing her guitar, backpacking, and being in nature.
